Returns & Exchanges

• Return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, including sale items.
• Products must be unused and unopened, with their original seal and packaging. Opened skincare, hair care, cosmetics, vitamins and supplements cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Faulty, damaged, expired or incorrect items can always be returned for a full refund or replacement, even if opened.
• To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp +965 6996 9905 or email info@imcomed.com. We arrange collection from your delivery address at no cost to you.
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, to your original payment method or another method agreed with you.
